This recipe answers consumers' desire to find authentic flavors.
Coquelicot-Provence has chosen an organic cheese producer based in Val d'Ormèze to provide itself in goat cheese. We then developed a recipe with tomatoes and created a new “half moon” shape.
The two flavors are balanced to make a 100% Provençal recipe.
