Production of our fresh organic pasta

Our very recent production tool allows us to work under the best hygiene and food safety conditions and to meet the most stringent directives: European standards, total traceability, HACCP plan.

We are growing! We are currently building, a few hundred meters from our current production tool, a new factory that will have a bigger capacity of production of our fresh organic pasta. The opening of the new site is scheduled for June 2019.  






Regularly controlled production: As we are "AB" certified, we are inspected twice a year by the Ecocert organization, which allows our cusumers to trust the quality of our products.

Research and development



Our team elaborates healthy recipes and optimizes the processes without artificial aroma and without preservatives. We develop fresh organic ORGANIC and innovative pasta with high nutritional value.

We choose organically farmed ingredients for our production.
