Coquelicot-Provence is a company with more than 25 employees based in Carpentras (Vaucluse) and specialized in the production of fresh organic pasta since its launch.

Every employee commit everyday to ensure the quality of our products: supplies, storage of raw materials, research and development, manufacturing, packaging, quality control and shipping.

The transformation of noble products and our involvement in the organic sector give real meaning to the work of the entire Coquelicot-Provence team.

The origin of our name? Poppies grow only in untreated fields… as do all of the ingredients we use for our recipes. The name "Poppy" ("Coquelicot" in French) was an evidence for our product range ! 

We make a point of developing ourselves in a sustainable way socially, environmentally and economically, and our commitments are in line with these values.

Our products are distributed in ORGANIC stores and are popular within Organic * consumers, since we are # 1 for stuffed pasta with 42% Market Share Value *

 

Company history

2019

We moved in our new plant ( same street) : 2000 m2 are now dedicated to production.

2016

Additional 100m² of offices and 150 m2 of storage.

2014

The workshop is still growing: 1000 m2 dedicated to manufacturing. The company employs 17 persons.

Investment in a refrigeration central with high energy performance.

2010

The company employs 15 people.

2008

1st enlargement of the working space (workshop).

The range is expanding: gnocchi, lasagna, goat ravioli.

2003

 

Coquelicot moves to Carpentras and becomes Coquelicot Provence (3 employees).

1985

Creation of Coquelicot, first name of the company in Uzès (South of France)

First company in France to produce fresh organic pasta and ravioli. Since the beginning, the choice is made to work exclusively with organically farmed products
