Coquelicot-Provence is a company with more than 25 employees based in Carpentras (Vaucluse) and specialized in the production of fresh organic pasta since its launch.

Every employee commit everyday to ensure the quality of our products: supplies, storage of raw materials, research and development, manufacturing, packaging, quality control and shipping.

The transformation of noble products and our involvement in the organic sector give real meaning to the work of the entire Coquelicot-Provence team.

The origin of our name? Poppies grow only in untreated fields… as do all of the ingredients we use for our recipes. The name "Poppy" ("Coquelicot" in French) was an evidence for our product range ! 

We make a point of developing ourselves in a sustainable way socially, environmentally and economically, and our commitments are in line with these values.

Our products are distributed in ORGANIC stores and are popular within Organic * consumers, since we are # 1 for stuffed pasta with 42% Market Share Value *

 

Company history

2018

Nouvel agrandissement en cours : 2000 m2 seront consacrés à la production.

2016

100m² de bureaux en plus et 150 m2 de stockage.

2014

L'atelier s'agrandit encore : 1000 m2 consacrés à la fabrication. L'entreprise emploie 17 salariés.

Investissement dans une centrale frigorifique à haute performance énérgétique.

2010

L'entreprise emploie 15 salariés.

2008

1er agrandissement des locaux (atelier).

La gamme s'élargit : gnocchi, lasagnes, ravioli chèvre.

2003

 

Coquelicot déménage à Carpentras, devient Coquelicot Provence (3 salariés).

1985

Création de Coquelicot, 1er nom de l'entreprise à Uzès

Première entreprise en France à fabriquer des pâtes et ravioli frais biologiques. Dès son origine, le choix est fait de travailler exclusivement avec des produits issus de l'agriculture biologique.
