Our recipes have always been inspired by the Provençal way of life and culinary traditions. A palette of flavors combining spelt, butternut squash, eggplant, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and sheep's cheese gives our range its unique character. Ready in 3 to 4 minutes, our organic fresh pasta makes it easy to prepare delicious meals.

Coquelicot Provence is based in Carpentras and has been 100% dedicated to Organic production since its launch, more than 30 years ago.

The poppies, “Coquelicot” in French, grow only on untreated land, like all the ingredients we use. Our recipes do not contain aroma, food coloring or preservatives.

Today, nearly thirty people are involved every day in producing fresh organic pasta that will delight you.
